I want to share my day today.
I woke up and had migraine. Was thinking to rest a little while but got meeting to attend. My morning kind of rush. Just as I reached office, my colleague call to pick up the sambal bilis that I ordered a couple of weeks ago. I bet she forgot that I ordered non-spicy sambal because all of her sambal looks the same.
Before she left, she did not only left me with sambal but also a task – insurance claim. And i have few flight bookings to make… tsk tsk #_# A colleague offered me something to eat right before I go for meeting. Oh God! Bless her kindness. So in need of a meal.
Went for 2 meetings but my usual carpark was occupied. Great! Parked outside the building and went straight to meeting room. These meetings lasted for 3 hours and looking at my to-do list, the list is super long.
I really need help. I have to meet/talk to people and don’t have time to sit in front of desktop to do documentation. Luckily, a colleague ask me if I have any task that she could help with. I got a few. Maybe I will delegate more work to her while I spend some time to meet people and do some research.
During lunch time, I was offered a meal again. I didn’t have time to buy my own. Had half portion of chicken rice and took aspirin to ease my headache. I keep telling myself to not feel stress and assure that everything will be okay.
Off to fetch my friend after work for gathering with our group. Meeting them makes me feel proud, happy and sad at the same time. Knowing their struggle in life, I have nothing to offer except du’a that God grant them strength to go through hardships.
This group of friends, they are older than me. We have nicknames for everyone and my nickname is pu3 (means princess). Cause I’m the youngest in the group. They care for me, from the way they give advise to me indirectly or through another person. We support and pray for each other. Rare friendship we have. Clean and healthy ones.
This year, we managed to gather all of us. Don’t know what will happen next year but we treasured the moment we had tonight. May Allah bless us all.

Good night, all.
